He is survived by: his wife Lana Andrews (Pauley); his daughters, Vickie Schmidt (Robert) of Girard, Wendy Reardon (Christopher) of Johnstown, OH and Tammy "Sam" Tait (Jeffrey) of Lawrenceburg, IN; his grandchildren, Jacqueline (Stephen), James, Jennifer (Brian), Marcy (Chase), Daniel, Chloe (Cory) and Emily (Cole); and his great grandchildren, Emilia and Penelope.
