He was predeceased by: his children, William Randall Owen and Kristi Lynn Roberts; his granddaughter Danielle Weimer; and his great grandchild Charlotte Owen. He is survived by: his wife AnnaLynn Rambo Owen; his children, Mark Owen (Sheri), Robin Smith (Vincent) and Cynthia Weimer; his son-in-law Scott Roberts (Jayne); his grandchildren, Ryan Wright (Connor), William Weimer (Trisha), Katie Owen (Brian), Jacob Weimer (Bobbie), Amanda Owen, Michael Weimer, Mark Owen Jr., Margaret Weimer, Jason Owen (Shianne Bigelow) and Kassidy Weimer; his great grandchildren, Scarlett, William, Lily, Willow, Callum, Theo, Maeve and Olivia; and his siblings-in-law, Vernafaye Milne, Cheryl Bickerstaff (Chuck) and William "Bill" Rambo (Kathy).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Niles First Church of the Nazarene (1822 Niles Vienna Rd, Niles, OH 44446). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Stanley's memory to Niles First Church of the Nazarene.
