He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Brown and Wonnie Brown (Salyers); his sister Sheryl Brown; and his in-laws, Bill and Lorna "Barty" Standley.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Brown; his son Tim Brown (Valerie); his siblings, Paula Shannon (Bill), Jeanie Brown, Kathy Taylor (Chuck), Roy Lee Brown (Mary) and Jimmy Brown (Sherry); his grandsons, Aaron Brown (Alex) and Joshua Brown (Chelsey); his great grandchildren, Brooks, Hayes, Alivia Brown and Mavrick Boggs; and his brother-in-law Ebalef Standley (Pete). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Skillman, McDonald & Vernon Funeral Home (257 W Main St, Mechanicsburg, OH 43044). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
