He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Stamper (Fletcher) and Wiley Stamper. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Shaffer (Fred) and Paul Stamper; and his grandchildren, Jessica Oakley, Megan Orzechowski, Allen Driscoll, Lance Stamper and Wade Stamper. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Walter and Lewis Funeral and Cremation Center (642 S Main St, Urbana, OH 43078). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walter and Lewis Funeral Home (642 S Main St, Urbana, OH 43078).
