He is survived by: his wife Beth Lewis (Alexander); his sons, Matthew Lewis (Elizabeth) and Adam Lewis; his stepchildren, Alex Cushman and Emily Sidders; his grandchildren, Shelby and Sabrina Lewis; and his siblings, Roger Lewis (Amy) and Julia Rhoades (Gary Lewis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
