He is survived by: his wife Melissa Dingledine (Myers); his children, Heather Dingledine (Luke), Ricky and Ryan Dingledine; his stepsons, Michael and Travis Pelfrey (Vanessa); his father Richard Dingledine; his grandchildren, Landen, Kaylie, Madison, Ricky, Ryan, Hayden, Brooklynn, Lanie, Brianna, Elijah and Winnie; his siblings, Mike (Kathi), Randy Dingledine (Amy), Kim Dailey (Kevin) and Vicki Wallace (Mike); his father-in-law Rodney Myers; his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Sigmon (Jimmy) and Rodney Myers (Chris); and his friend Ed Laird (Cyndi). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Michael's Horticulture Building at the Champaign County Fairgrounds, Urbana.
