He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Elizabeth Fitzpatrick and Chappell; his siblings, James Fitzpatrick and Wilma Fitzpatrick; his children, Tresa Woodruff and Michael Pate; his wife Shirley Fitzpatrick (Alspaugh); his daughters, Tonya Emerson of Kentucky and Nikki Miller (Darron) of Kentucky; his brothers, David Fitzpatrick (Brenda) of California and Mickey Fitzpatrick of Springfield; his grandchildren, Cloe, Alex, Klaire, Randy, Corey, Elijah, Lillyana and Natasha; his great grandchild Lucas; his friend Cyndi Johnson; and also, Jim and Diane Schellhaas. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.
