He was predeceased by: his former wife Phyllis (DeLau) of Indiana. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Melissa (Laurie), Nicole (Joe) and John (Julie); his grandchildren, Emily, Josh, Madison, Gabe, Makenna, Kathryn and Rachel; and his brother Lynn Bruder (Eloise).
