He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee and Hilda Lee; and his wife Pamela Lee. He is survived by: his girlfriend Karin Longwell; his children, Deborah Ventura (Clark), Neil, Linda Dougherty (David) and Ian (Kathy); his grandchildren, Tony Jr., Christina, Bradley, Allison, Sherilyn, Zachary, April, Bryan, Matthew and Kelsey; his great grandchildren, Tony III, Isabella, Dominic, Kassidy, Brett, Kaya, Ryan, Bryan, Liam, Kayzen, Wayne, Bryleigh, Maverick, Giovanni and Alaina; his brother George (Doreen); and his nieces, Yvonne and Beverley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Medina Moose (136 S Elmwood Ave, Medina, OH 44256).
