She was predeceased by: her husband Paul A. Strojny; her son Paul "Michael" Strojny; her parents, Harvey Phelps and Gertrude Phelps; and her sisters, Esther Hosey, Imogene Moss, Ellen Hardesty and Margaret McCreary.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Schirmer (Glenn); her grandchildren, Justin Young and Jennifer Pettry (Fred); and her great grandchildren, Alivia, Fred Michael and Matthew.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made in Cecile's memory to Miracle City Hospice, 9150 S Hills Blvd # 100, Broadview Heights, OH 44147.
