She is survived by: her husband Carl; her children, Gina Pastuszynski (Megan Hurley) and Karl Pastuszynski (Kimberly); her grandson Ezra Pastuszynski; her siblings, Jackie Pohorel (late Dale) and Fred Spaccapelo, Jr.; and her siblings' children, Sabrina Pohorel and Michael Spaccapelo.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Cheryl's honor to the American Cancer Society.
