He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Milchak. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughters, Joy and MaryBeth; his parents, Robert Milchak and Elaine Milchak (Balmuta); his brother David Milchak (Kathy); his sibling's children, Hannah, Andrew and Bobby; and his sister-in-law Angela.
