He is survived by: his children, Darlene Williams (John), David Case (Robin) and Deniece Case (Kevin Sprankle); his grandchildren, Christie O'Quinn (Jeff), Brittney Street (Brandyn) and James David Vithous; his great grandchildren, Gavin and Declan O'Quinn; his sister Donna Smith; and his cousin Gini Kucmanic. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
