We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2025, at the age of 76, Dennis S Hood of Medina, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Norbert and Irene Hood. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mabe; his children, Carey Steidl (Rob), Sarah Neider (John) and Timothy Hood (Lauryn); and his granddaughters, Mia, Emily, Beatrice and Evelyn.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waite Funeral Homes - Medina Chapel (765 N Court St, Medina, OH 44256). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at the St. Francis Xavier Cemetery (606 E Washington St, Medina, OH 44256).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan's Purse in Dennis' honor, continuing his passion for Operation Christmas Child.
