He was predeceased by: his father Eugene W. II; and his wife Sharon. He is survived by: his children, Shonda Waltenbaugh (Matt), Deborah Cobb, Charles Cobb (Renae), Jennifer Willis (Brent), Tracy Tushar (Jeff) and Kim Blahnik; his grandchildren, Mattalyn, Morgan, Nathan, Cassidy, Dakota, Ben, Ellie, Megan, Brent and Jordan; his brother Jon Cobb (Nancy); and his nieces, Jennifer Grahmann and Julie Ley. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
