He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Rumley and Kathleen Rumley; and his sons, Michael Rumley and Kenneth Christian. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Scott Rumley, Gary Rumley II (Julia), Melissa McCourt and Nerissa Virant; and his grandchildren, Taryn, Katelynn, Loren, Diana, Alyssa, Bryan, Jason, Josh, Summer, Amanda, Tiffany, Marshall, Mikayla and Gary III. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM. The military honors will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
