With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James J. Walsh in Medina, Ohio, born in Lakewood, Ohio, who passed away on June 6, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walsh and Mary Walsh; his grandson Matthew; and his brother William Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Katharine Austin, Christopher Walsh (Katie Ann) and Patrick Walsh (Shannon); his grandchildren, Lexi, Hope, Mckenna, Shelby, Morgan, Cian and Nilan; his stepgrandchildren, Chelsey and Christian; and his sister Margaret Walsh. He is also survived by many family members, friends.
Jim Walsh will be remembered not only for his contributions to his profession and community, but also for the love he shared with his family.
