He is survived by: his wife Dolores Spencer (Reiter); his children, Susan Spencer-Sliger (Bart), Carol Springer (Dan), Jeffrey Spencer, Pamela Alexander (John), James Spencer, Dolores "Dee" O'Callaghan (Rick), Deborah Gonterman (Tim) and Dianne Hickey (Jim); and his siblings, Esther, Patricia, William, Sandra, Julia and Joy. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bauer Funeral Home (2089 Columbia Rd, Valley City, OH 44280).
