He was predeceased by: his wife Marie A. Kriz (Kara); his sister Marilyn Janola (Kriz); and his parents, Mary and Frank. He is survived by: his children, David, Barbara, Douglas and Kathleen; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Samantha, Seth and Connor. He is also survived by his sister's children.
