He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Phillips and Elsie Phillips (Whitwright); his wife Sandy; and his brother Fred. He is survived by: his children, Renee' Keith (Kevin), Michelle Barrett (Paul) and Alan Phillips (Ruth); his grandchildren, Kelly, Stephanie, Kevin, Tessa (Josh), Larry and Lee; his great grandchild Lana; and his brother William. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
