He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Schork (Babey) and Leonard R. Schork (Barb); his wife Sarah; his children, Caroline, Anna and William; his sister Carrie Schork; his parents-in-law, Tom and Terri Pasadyn; his brother-in-law T. J. Pasadyn (Paty); his nephews, Drew and Ryan; and his pet Zina.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Carlson Funeral Home (3477 Medina Rd, Medina, OH 44256).
