She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Bacik and Joseph Bacik. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen (Michelle) and Daniel (Blanche); her husband John; her grandchildren, Krista, Cassandra and Dakota; her great grandchild Rosalia; and her pet John.
