She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis R. Polen and Lillian Polen (Logue); her son Brian Blosser; and her brother Paul Polen. She is survived by: her son Nathan Leu; her brother James Polen (Sandy); and her cousin Carol Mitchell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Medina United Church of Christ (217 E Liberty St, Medina, OH 44256).
