He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathryn "Kate" Rose (Cameron); and his brother Gary Martell. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy"; his son Gary Martell (Chris); his grandchildren, Jake, Lauren Martell, Michael, Myla and Ben Rose; and his niece Cindy Amweg.
