Noah David Kotlarek Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Noah David Kotlarek of Medina, Ohio. Noah, born on December 14, 2013, passed away on October 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Noah for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. Noah’s memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, a lasting reminder of the connections and experiences he brought to the world.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Kenneth and Laura Kotlarek; brother: Jonah; grandparents: Lynn and Denny Weber, David and Luciel Forlini, Kenneth and Iris Kotlarek; aunts and uncles: Theresa and Tom Petrey, Kris and Bob McKown, Michael and Janette Forlini; cousins: Jake (Melanie), Kayley, Giana, Mahrianna, Dominic, Julianna, Grace, Santino and Grayson; and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Martin of Tours Church (1800 Station Rd, Valley City, OH 44280). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Martin of Tours Cemetery (1804 Station Rd, Valley City, OH 44280).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Akron Children's Hospital Oncology Department (https://www.akronchildrens.org) in Noah's honor.
