Norbert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Norbert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Norbert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Zan and Lottie. He is survived by: his sister Judi; his partner Pat O'Sullivan; his daughters, Lynne Rutkowski (Leon) of Massachusetts and Susan Kotch (late Mark) of Pennsylvania; and his grandson Scott of Ohio. He is also survived by grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Martyrs Catholic Church (3100 Weymouth Rd, Medina, OH 44256).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to Reserve Care Hospice.
