She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Paxton and Mary Crowder Paxton; and her husband Gerald D. Humphreys. She is survived by: her son Gerald "Jerry" D. Humphreys, Jr. of Trappe; her grandchildren, Leigh Humphreys (Richard Smith) of Dublin and Bradley Humphreys (Kristen) of Lakewood, Ohio.; and her great grandchildren, Isaac Humphreys of Lakewood, Ohio., Elizabeth of Lakewood, Ohio. and Peter Humphreys of Lakewood, Ohio..
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Hope Mausoleum at the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens (1229 Neighborhood Rd, Gallipolis, OH 45631).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to the Kanauga Fairhaven United Methodist Church, 457 State Route 7 North, Gallipolis, Ohio 45631.
