He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernardo Mayo and Bienvenida Mayo; and his siblings, Bernardo Mayo, Jr., Fred Mayo and Milo Mayo.

He is survived by : his wife Angelina; his children, Tina Mamone (Frank), Nancy Hutchinson (Timothy) and Thomas Mayo (Jaime); his grandchildren, Cole, Carter, Avery and Ella; and his siblings, Levy Mayo (Nenette), Lucita Nievera and Ramon Mayo.
