He is survived by: his son Cory Shafer; his stepson Tony Barelli; his sister Robyn Yull (Mel); and his sister-in-law Mary Shafer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Waite Funeral Home (765 N Court St, Medina, OH 44256). A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
