He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Muniak and Barbara Muniak; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Muniak and Dan Lesler. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Michael (Connie) and Jill (Brian); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Jonathan (Kayla), Mitchell, Erin, Matthew and Gabriella; and his siblings, Ann Marie (Stan), Rosemary, Robert and Gregory (Lynn). He is also survived by family members and neighbors.
