He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Locker and Doris A. Locker (Oswald); and his sister Krista Tackett. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Locker (Cindy) and Larry Locker; his brother-in-law Scott Tackett; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Kati, Matt, Shaun and Jeremy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
