She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Levy and Verna Levy; and her husband Daniel. She is survived by: her children, Chadd Myers (Lisa), Jason Myers (Jennifer), Cullin Myers, Meagan Dixon (Brian), Marley Collins (Derek) and Mirriah Phillips (Trapper); her brother Jerry Clark (Mary); her grandchildren, Erika, Jeremy (Allie), Isabella, Layla, Daniel, Savanna, Brycen, Brenden, McKenna, Cole, Evan, Mason, Shelby, Elijah, Logan and Reagan; and her great grandchildren, Makaylah, Landon, Amadi and Diamone. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home (507 Jefferson St, New Carlisle, OH 45344). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Clark County Humane Society, a cause dear to Debbie's heart.
