He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burchett and Ida Mae Milar Burchett; and his siblings, Perry Burchett and Carolyn B. Conklin. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Irey Burchett; his son John Burchett of Medway; and his siblings, Mike Burchett (Teresa Phillips) and Deanna Lipscomb (Rick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to The Wounded Warrior Project, The Ronald McDonald House or a fund of their choice.
