Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home (507 Jefferson St, New Carlisle, OH 45344). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Medway Cemetery (11143 Lower Valley Pike, Medway, OH 45341).
