She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Clay and Velma Clay (Ballinger); her husband James F. Godwin; her siblings, Betty Godwin, Joanne "Cookie" Hoskins (Gabe), Harriet Lou Clay and Bob Ballinger (Glenda); her children, Ricky Zizelman and Deb Zizelman; and her granddaughter Brittany Shaffer.
She is survived by: her children, Leigh Ann Shaffer (Jim) of Mendon, Greg Zizelman (Penny) of Mendon, Kevin Zizelman of Mendon, Sheryl Godwin-Routt (Jeff) of Van Wert, Jeffrey Godwin (Juli) of Westerville, Dianne Wiehe (Ken) of Celina and Sharron Godwin (Tailo Brown) of Dayton; and her sisters, Jeannie Hamrick (Duane) of Rockford and Audrey Clay of Connersville, Indiana. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews.
