She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wurster and Goldie Wurster (Shimp); her former husband Leonard Revolt; her husband Don Heppeard; her sons, Eric Revolt, Tony Revolt and Scott Revolt; her sisters, Gwen Walters, Patricia Cook and Delores Bubp; and her stepdaughter Kimberly Alexander.
She is survived by: her son Shawn Revolt (Laura Lenhart) of Saint Marys; her stepsons, Greg Heppeard (Ann) of Sapulpa, Oklahoma and Tod Heppeard (Sharon) of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; and her sister Marilyn Hecht (Larry) of New Knoxville. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren: 18 great-grandchildren: 2 great-great-grandchildren.
