She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Herald Miller and Ronda G. Miller (Collins); and her brothers, Dr. Tom Miller (Nancy) and Wick Miller. She is survived by: her children, Rae Wilmarth (Kirk) of Wapakoneta, Ty Koontz (Joanie) of Celina, Renee Schulte (David Carlock) of Wapakoneta, Tony Koontz (Dawn) of Riverview and Miranda Sherman of Maryland; her sister-in-law Karen Miller of Celina; and the father of her children Charlie Koontz of Rockford. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
