He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy H. Gunton and Maude A. Gunton. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Gunton; his son Ronald Gunton (Jill); his grandchildren, Nicolas (Alyssa), Cody (Brittany), Alexis (Andrew) and Tori (Brandon); and his sibling Lee Gunton (Lidia).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home (38001 Euclid Ave, Willoughby, OH 44094). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (37728 Euclid Ave, Willoughby, OH 44094).
