He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Doyle Adkins and Irene Adkins; and his stepchildren, Brandon Grendze and Callie Rose Knight. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Jean Adkins; his son Vincent Doyle Adkins; his stepchild Dakota Glepko (Anna); his grandchildren, Lilliana and Lev; and his siblings, Sandra Adkins-Pertz, Cheryl Kistner, Stephen Adkins (Karen McElwain) and Gregory Adkins (Gina).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home (6330 Center St, Mentor, OH 44060). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Eastlake Marina (36000 Reeves Rd, Eastlake, OH 44095).
