It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl (Chesbrough) Derai of Mentor, Ohio, born in Jacksonville, Ohio, who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence B. Chesbrough. She is survived by: her daughter Miriam B. Derai; her mother Carol S. Chesbrough; her aunt Virginia Kushen; her siblings, Laurie VanMeter (Mark) and Lawrence E. K. Chesbrough; her nieces, Francesca Lunardi (Ginna Roth), Katherine Tatterson (Staton), Emily Chesbrough, Sarah Grenier (Spencer), Jade and Scarlet Chesbrough; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Asher, Reed Grenier, Meadow Grenier, Gibson and Goodrich.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in the name of Miriam Derai for her continued education in pursuit of a degree in neuro-psychology.
