He is survived by: his children, Michael Sterl, Kelley Sterl, Kristen Cantrell and Kaitlyn Sterl; his grandchildren, Jordan, Julia, Zoey and Wesley; his sister AnneMarie Prokup; his sibling's children, Kim (Kevin) and Danny; his great-niece Ashlyn; and his nephew Andrew.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home (6330 Center St, Mentor, OH 44060). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bede Church (9114 Lakeshore Blvd, Mentor, OH 44060).
