He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Cavallaro; his parents, Larry Cavallaro and Jean Cavallaro; his brother Vincent Cavallaro; and his in-laws, Richard and Jeanne Newman.
He is survived by: his sisters, Elvira Ludemann (late William), Rose Smith (late Michael) and Kathleen A. Cavallaro; and his siblings-in-law, James, Miriam Newman, Connie, Ronald Harpole, Donna Candow and Barbara Cavallaro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
