We announce the death of Gary Mark Tanner (Mentor, Ohio), who passed away on May 28, 2026, at the age of 78. Gary will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Gary will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Gary’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvey Tanner and Margaret Charlene Patterson; and his brothers, Sears and Jeff. He is survived by: his son Eric Tanner (Lizabeth O'Bleness); Susie Tanner.
