He is survived by: his children, Michael Slanoc (Debbie), Karen Kozminski (Gary) and John Slanoc (Jane); his grandchildren, Leslie Kozminski (Joe), Haley Kozminski (Chris), Steve Slanoc (Emilie), Erica Slanoc and Mia Slanoc; and his great grandchildren, Harrison, Nathan and Madelyn Slanoc. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
