He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fontana and Mary Fontana. He is survived by: his wife Deb Fontana; his daughters, Jessica Fontana and Sarah Seide (Hunter); and his sister Joan Laux (Dan).
A memorial gathering was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pastina Restaurant (9354 Mentor Ave #1, Mentor, OH 44060). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Divine Word Catholic Church (8100 Eagle Rd, Willoughby, OH 44094).
