It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine McCracken of Mentor, Ohio, born in Trafford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amelia Lenart Cynkar and Joseph Paul Cynkar; and her brothers, Alex and Henry Cynkar. She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Yvonne McCracken Heffington, MaryAnn McCracken (Tony Posawatz), Paul McCracken (Jennifer) and Aimee Darnell (Chad); and her grandchildren, Eric, Nicole Heffington, Nick (Alicia), David Posawatz, Avery, Collin McCracken, Peyton and Josie Darnell.

Due to Covid restrictions, private services will be held.
