Kent Krom Obituary

Kent Krom age 77, passed away on August 10, 2026. Cherished son of the late Victor Krom and Ardith (nee Dick). Husband of the late Patricia (nee Brehmer).

Devoted father to Kim Krenisky (Mark), and Karla Edwards (Larry). Grandfather of Jordan (Janelle), Grant, Grayson, Jake (Step Grandchildren Kristina, Grace, and Madalyn). Great grandfather of Valentina Patricia. Brother of Kurt Krom of Boerne, TX, and the late Kelly Krom.

Kent enjoyed sports, music, the beach, staying in shape, and eating good food. He had a great knowledge of sports statistics and would always amaze you with recall of these facts. If music was on he would be dancing and it wouldn't matter where he was, he would dance anywhere. The beach was his "happy place". He absolutely LOVED the sun. We would joke that he was like George Hamilton as he was known for being perpetually tan all year round. His favorite thing to do was eat. He loved trying new food, eating home cooked meals, and was hungry around the clock. People often wondered where he "put it all". He would eat anything that was cooked for him and never complained, even if it wasn't good. He would lift weights, walk and bike for miles, and was always trying the next "fad" to keep his fitness level up. He was a generous soul and always wanted to help people. He had no problem doing housework and helping with the dishes. He donated to many charities and was kind to everyone he met. He will be greatly missed.
