We bid farewell to Mary Jane Aveni of Mentor, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 7, 2025 at the age of 83. Mary Jane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Aveni and Jane Aveni. She is survived by: her sons, James Fox Jr. (Anita), Robert Fox Sr. (Joanne) and Kenneth Fox (Christine); her grandchildren, James W. Fox III, Sydney Fox, Brigitte Fuller (Craig), Ashley Houska (Austin), Robert Fox Jr. (Erin), Frank Fox (Laura) and Alexander Cox; her great grandchildren, Harlow James Fox, Vaughn Fuller and Camille Fuller; and her sisters, Theresa Martucci (late Tony) and Lucy Oltmanns (Glen).
Cemetery service to follow at 11:30am at Knollwood Cemetery, 1678 SOM Center Road, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 (Please Meet at Cemetery.) In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in her memory, to The Special Olympics.
