She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Collins of Mentor, OH, Virginia Boley (Robert) of Ft. Myers, FL, Debra Marcinko (Thomas) of McKean, PA, Karen Erdani (Mark) of Kirtland, OH, Paul Collins of Mentor, OH and Brian Collins (Jessica) of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Laura, Rebecca, Robert, Aaron, Gretchen, Joshua, Benjamin, Samuel, Chad, Tyler, Zach, Jeffrey, Daniel, Nathaniel and Zachary; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Abby, Wyatt, Ella, Colton, Gwenna, Winston, Milton, Walker, Mary Grace, Shelby, Christopher, Elijah, Angelina, Aiden, Ashton, Emma, Lincoln, Claire, Finley and Greyson; and her brother Weert Ley of Highland Hts, OH. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Memorials may be made in Nancy's name to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
