He is survived by: his wife Mariann; his children, Jacqueline Gallagher, Kelly Beckman (Tom) and Neil Gallagher III; his grandsons, Grady and Zachary Beckman; his siblings, Michael Gallagher (Linda), Patrick Gallagher (Cindy) and Maureen Welch (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Steve Blanchette (Sandy), Anita Vadnal (late Frank) and Gail Thomas (Danny).
